Located on our estate in Sidi Bouzid, NARA embraces a Single Estate philosophy, placing origin at the very heart of every bottle. From the cultivation of our Chemchali olive trees to harvesting, each stage begins on the same land. This control over origin allows us to preserve the connection between terroir, fruit and the oil produced from it. Harvesting, transportation of the olives, extraction, storage and bottling: every stage of our oil’s journey follows a precise and carefully monitored process, from the olive grove to the finished product. This continuity ensures that each batch retains a direct link between the oil, its production and its origin.
CONTROLLED TRACEABILITY
From Origin to Distribution
NARA uses the El Kahina traceability system to ensure the tracking of its extra virgin olive oil throughout its entire journey. This system makes it possible to monitor the different stages of production through control, quality assurance and information checkpoints: the olive groves where the olives originate, the mill where they are crushed, the filtration facilities, bottling and finally distribution.
